"I rarely leave reviews, however, I loved working with Kris. He took the time to dig deep and to find the issues. He solved the mystery of some long outstanding problems and provided clarity where there was none before. He was patient and happy to spend any extra time answering questions on the phone and replying to texts - over and above. He is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and just an all-around really nice guy.... Kris did everything he could to make it a great experience. 2. Comprehensive and Detailed Inspections

“Getting my new home inspected was important to me and Kris didn’t let me down. He was extremely thorough and checked every aspect of my home. He went through his findings with me in detail at the end of the inspection to let me know what was urgent and what was cosmetic. His report that he made up for me to submit to the builders was detailed and included lots of pictures and examples of how it should have been done. He was professional knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get their home inspected. Also setting up the appointment was easy. Melissa was great to deal with. Overall a great team and company"
